肝移植术中门静脉血栓的外科处理
摘要
门静脉血栓（portal vein thrombosis，PVT）是终末期肝病的并发症之一，由于早期对其认识不足及手术技术尚不成熟，PvT曾被认为是肝移植的绝对禁忌证。1985年，Shaw等报道了第1例成功的PVT患者的肝移植，其后随着外科技术的不断发展，使我们可以克服这一技术难点而施行肝移植术，术后效果也明显改善，因此PVT逐渐纳入肝移植的手术适应证。本研究回顾性分析我院为253例PVT患者施行肝移植的临床经验，现报告如下。
