豚鼠变应性鼻炎模型鼻黏膜P物质的观察 被引量:4

摘要 P物质(substance P,SP)是1931年由Von Euler和Caddum从动物的脑、肠中提取,在中枢神经系统中作为神经递质或神经调质,在周围神经系统中作为诱导神经源性炎症的物质起作用。P物质参与变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)的发病机制。本文进一步观察鼻黏膜的P物质。
