Correlation Analysis on Land Tenure and Farmer Social Security system in Japanese Urbanization

在城市化进程中,日本政府适应不同发展阶段的需要,适时调整农业发展政策和农村土地制度,并在解决与城市化、农地制度改革相关的农民利益保障问题的过程中,建立并不断完善包括农村在内的社会保障制度,实现城乡协调发展。

Japanese Government adjusted the agricultural development policy and land tenure system to meet the needs of different development stages in the course of urbanization, established and improved continuously the whole social security systems that including the farmer in consideration in the course of solving related farmer benefit protection problem. Japan realized a harmonious development between rural and its city.
