摘要
本文就新时期档案文化建设,并结合当前农村实际及面对的问题,提出让档案文化建设惠及农村百姓的基本思路与对策建议。
In terms of archive culture of new period, this paper discussed the reality and problems in the country , gave out the basic ways and countermeasures to make the construction of archive culture benefit the rural people.
