重视手术源性干眼及其治疗

干眼是常见的眼表疾病,手术源性干眼是其中的特殊类型。各类眼科手术甚至全身手术均可引起手术源性干眼的发生,除手术过程中损伤维持泪膜稳定的正常结构外,术后的炎症反应导致角膜上皮微绒毛的损伤,影响泪膜的稳定附着也是引起手术源性干眼的重要原因,术后不恰当地使用具有角结膜上皮毒性的药物可加重干眼状和体征。手术源性干眼与传统意义上的干眼有相似之处,同时也有其自身的特点,应引起临床医生重视。

Dry eyes are common ocular surface diseases, among them dry eye correlated with operation is very special. It can be induced by all kinds of eye surgeries, even system surgeries. The normal construction which maintains the stability of tear membrane is impaired during operation, corneal epithelium damage caused by inflammatory reaction after operation and BUT of tear membrane damaged consequently may be involved in the development of eye dry correlated with operation. The signs and symptoms can be exacerbated by inappropriately using drugs with corneal and conjunctival epithelium toxicity. There are resemblance between operation derived and traditional eye dry, but the former has its own characteristics. More attentions should be paid by oculists.
