婴儿食品中阪崎肠杆菌检测方法的改进 被引量:6

摘要 目前常用的阪崎肠杆菌的分离鉴定方法存在许多不足。通过改进目前常用方法,使得选择性大大提高,可疑菌落易于识别,检测周期缩短,可检测出仅含1个阪崎肠杆菌的接种样品。改进方法与原标准方法的定性验证实验结果一致,定量重复实验结果良好。用改进方法开展市场上婴幼儿奶粉、婴幼儿补充食品中的阪崎肠杆菌污染情况调查,婴幼儿奶粉中阪崎肠杆菌检出率为7.3%,婴幼儿补充食品中阪崎肠杆菌检出率为25%。 There are many deficiencies in the general method of isolation and identification of Enterobacter Sakazakii. In this study, the modified method to detect Enterobacter Sakazakii had exceedingly higher sensitivity than the former one. Using the new method, the suspected colony was easy to be recognized, the test time was needed only 5 days and even the inoculated sample containing 1 cfu of Enterobacter Sakazakii could be detected. The results of the qualitative validation test of the modified method were in compliance with that of the former one, and the quantitative duplication test had obtained favorable results. Investigation by the modified method for the contamination situation of baby milk powder and baby supplementary food in the market had demonstrated that the detection rates of Enterobacter Sakazakii in milk powder and supplementary foods for infants and young children were 7.3% and 25% respectively.
