酞菁颜料作为电荷产生材料的双组分光导体

摘要 制备了以酞菁颜料作为电荷产生材料的双组分单层结构光导体,研究了ε-CuPc及Y-TiOPc的浓度与光导体静电照相性能的关系,并测定了其分光感光度。结果表明,此类光导体具备高感光度和较宽感色范围,这可由酞菁颜料对ZnO的增感得到解释。 A single layered two component photoreceptors with ε CuPc and Y TiOPc as CGM were prepared.The relation between xerographic performances and concentrations of CGM was studied and their spectral sensitivity was detected.The high sensitivities of the photoreceptors at IR spectrum are caused by the sensitization effect of phthalocyanines to ZnO.
