2002～2005年广东地区抗糖尿病药物用药分析

Utilization of Antidiabetic Agents in Guangdong Province During 2002～2005

目的：了解广东省抗糖尿病药用药情况。方法：采用金额排序、限定日剂量（DDD值）排序的分析方法对广东省2002-2005年抗糖尿病药物进行统计、分析。结果：各药用药频度（DDDs）及每年抗糖尿病药购药金额逐年增高,其中二甲双胍2005年DDDs是2002年的1.7倍,2005年口服抗糖尿病药购药金额是2002年的2倍。结论：抗糖尿病药物使用呈现较快的增长势头,提示糖尿病患者数量正呈逐年上升趋势。口服抗糖尿病药物二甲双胍与注射用胰岛素70-30混合人胰岛素是医生和患者的首选。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of antidiabetic agents in Guangdong province. METHODS： The use of antidiabetic agents in Guangdong province from 2002 to 2005 was analyzed in terms of the sequence of consumption sum and defined daily dose （DDDs）. RESULTS： The consumption sum and DDDs of antidiabetic agents increased year by year. The DDDs of metformin in 2005 was 1.7 times that in 2002, and the consumption sum of oral antidiabetic drug in 2005 was twice that in 2002. CONCLUSION： The rapid increased consumption of antidiabetic agents suggests the year- on - year increase in the number of diabetic patients. Metformin and 30 - 70 mixed human insulin were the first choice for both doctors and patients.
