提高医学生临床实践能力探索——构建“外科临床能力实验课程”

The study of promoting the clinical practice ability of medical students——"the course of surgery's clinical ability experiment"

为了适应当今医学教学改革的需要,进一步提高医学生临床实践能力,自1996年建立了以自行研制的SM(S标准化外科模型人)为载体的实践教学及考核体系;经过近10年的理论与实践,逐步建立了以SMS、SP(标准化外科病人)和CCS病案库为载体的实践教学体系——外科临床能力实验课程,通过临床操作能力与临床思维能力的训练,为解决医学生临床能力低下的问题探索了一种新的思路与方法。

For the sake of adapting to the situation of medical education and reform, and uheriorly promoting the clinical practice ability of medical students, the authors established a kind of practice teaching and examination system of medical students, which based on a standardized model for surgery （SMS） developed by themselves. After 10 years of theory and practive, the authors also had gradually set up the course of surgery＇s clinical ability experiment including SMS, standardized patient （SP） and computer based on clinical simulation （CCS） to advance the ability of clinical technique and thought of students. The article explored a new way of solving low capability problem of students and promoting the clinical practice ability of students of clinical medicine.
