摘要
为顺应医学教育国际化的趋势,尽快制定人才培养标准,建立配套措施,保证和提高医学人才培养质量,文章研究对比了中美两国八年制医学教育培养目标及生源定位的差异,通过各自优劣分析,从转变观念、生源选择及明确细化培训目标等方面入手,为我国八年制医学教育的改革和发展提供了一些有益的启示。
In order to comply with the internationalization trend of medical education, and establish student training criteria and complete supporting facilities with the purpose of guaranteeing and improving the quality of medical education in China, the article made a comparison on cultivating objectives and target student selection of eight-year-system medical education between the US and China. Through analysis of advantages and disadvantages, the authors provided some advices on reform and development of eight-year-system medical education from perspectives of conception change, target student selection, identification and further detail of cultivating objectives and etc.
