摘要
在知识经济迅猛发展的今天,作为知识载体的知识型员工是企业获取竞争优势的首要源泉,因而成为各企业争夺的资源,这就为知识型员工的流动提供了可能性。本文以我国知识型员工为研究对象,针对知识型员工流失的特点揭示了知识型员工流失的原因,力图找到有效对策,以期对我国企业知识型员工流失问题的解决有所启示和帮助。
Today the knowledge economy develops rapidly. The knowledge staff as the knowl- edge carrier becomes the primary source that enterprises obtain the competitive advantage. Therefore every enterprise contests the knowledge staff, which has provided possibility for the knowledge staff's flowing. The article takes knowledge staff as the research target, according to the characteristics of the knowledge staff draining, reveals the reason of the knowledge staff draining so as to find the effective measures to enlighten and help the enterprise settle the problem in knowledge staff draining.
