摘要
对污染前后及清洗后的微滤膜进行了扫描电镜的实验,观察膜清洗后的效果。实验结果表明,微滤膜经过一段时间的使用后,化学清洗对微滤膜通量的恢复不是很明显,与水力清洗的效果相当。在确定较佳的工艺参数的情况下对污染后的微滤膜进行了气水抖动清洗,可使膜通量恢复90%左右。
This paper analyzes the membrane fouling experiment by using scaning electron microscope(SEM), in which the effects of membrane after being cleaned are described. The results show that after the membrane is used for a period, chemical cleaning is not obvious to the recovery of the membrane flux, similar to the effects of water cleaning. The dithering cleaning of gas and water can make membrane flux reach to 90% with the optimal technological parameters.
