国内外矿山职业安全培训特点探讨

On the Characteristics of Mine Occupational Safety Training at Home and Abroad

从业人员的安全生产意识和安全技能的高低,直接关系到生产经营活动的安全可靠性。特别是从事矿山、建筑、危险物品生产作业和使用高科技安全技术装备的特种从业人员,更需要具有系统的安全知识和熟练的安全生产技能,以及对不安全因素和事故隐患、突发事故的预防、处理的能力和经验。讨论了国内外矿山职业安全培训的特点,分析了各自的优缺点,对我国职业安全培训提出了几点建议。

The safety awareness and skills of the employed directly affects the safety reliability of production activities. Especially those employed they axe engaged in mine, building and dangerous goods operation and use hi - tec safety equipment, more need systematic safety knowledge, proficient skills and the prevention and handling capability and experiences for unsafe condition and accidents. This paper discusses the characteristics of mine Occupational Safety training at home and abroad, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these methods and gives some advices on occupational safety training in China
