层次分析法在核事故应急决策中的应用

The Application of AHP in Nuclear Accident Emergency Decision

核应急干预措施的决策分析方法,目前还处于研究阶段,缺乏成熟的方法和模型。在核事故应急决策分析中引入层次分析法,提出了基于层次分析法的核事故应急决策模型,实现了影响核事故应急的关键因素排序,以及对策方案的选择。最后结合案例进行了分析。

The method of nuclear accident emergency decision analysis is still studied at the primary level, which lacks of advanced way and model. This paper quotes analytic hierarchy process（AHP） in the nuclear accient emergency decision analysis to come up with the model applying to the decision, and to make the ranking come true in the key factors of the nuclear accident emergency, as well as the selection of application methods. Finally the paper analyzes the application based on the cases.
