新型直廓内齿轮量柱距计算的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在一定条件下,直线齿廓代替渐开线齿廓的内齿轮可以满足传动要求,并且易于实现磨削,提高齿轮加工精度,降低加工成本。内齿轮公法线长度难于测量,加工时往往用量柱距测量齿厚偏差。直廓内齿轮量柱距的计算公式必然与渐开线齿廓不同,需要重新推导。本文从几何角度和经验公式推导直廓内齿轮量柱距公式,并且考虑了侧隙对量柱距的影响。 Under a certain condition,the involutes profile replaced by the straight-line profile to internal gear can meet the transmission requirement.The straight-line profile internal gear has a lot of advantages in processing,such as realizing grinding process easily,improving part precision highly and reducing manufacture cost largely.It is difficult to measure the base tangent length of an internal gear,so it is always using pin distance rather than the base tangent length to measure the internal gear in practice.There must be difference in the pin distance formula between the straight-line and involutes profile internal gears.The formula will be deduced with geometric method and approximate empirical formula respectively,and the effect of the backlash on the pin distance was considered.
