摘要
以直齿内齿轮为研究对象,在PRO/E平台上建立三维实体模型,采用集成方式调用PRO/MECHANICA建立有限元分析模型,并利用PRO/MECHANICA灵敏度分析技术对影响直齿内齿轮固有频率的主要结构参数进行分析。得出直齿内齿轮固有频率与主要结构参数之间的关系图,结果表明大的变位系数、压力角、模数、齿数和齿顶高系数能有效减小内齿轮的固有频率。分析结果为直齿内啮合齿轮传动的减振设计和噪声控制及进一步的动力学分析和优化提供了理论依据。
Internal spur gear is the object of study,and the solid model is built based on PRO/E,while finite element is built based on PRO/MECHANICA.Make use of sensitivity analysis technology of PRO/MECHANICA to study the main structure parameter witch affects internal spur gear inherent frequency.The graph of relation between inherent frequency of internal spur gear and its structure parameters are obtained.The results indicate that increase the modification coefficient,pressure,module,tooth number or addendum coefficient,the inherent frequency will be decreased.Witch provides the theory basis for vibration reduction design and noise control and dynamics analysis and optimization of internal spur gear transmission.
