摘要
根据氟硅橡胶的固化机理,选择具有增粘作用的水解型硅烷A151及过氧化物型硅烷VTPS作为氟硅橡胶的偶联剂;研究了A151及VTPS对氟硅橡胶粘接性能的影响,揭示了偶联机理,确定VTPS为氟硅橡胶的硅烷偶联剂;探讨了VTPS用量对氟硅橡胶粘接性能的影响。
Basded on the coupling mechanism of fluorosilicone rubber,A151 (hydrolysis silane)and VTPS(peroxide silane)were selected as coupling agents. The effect of A1S1 and VTPS on adherence was studiedtthe coupling mechanism was disclosed > VTPS was defined as silane coupling agent of flurosilicone rubber adhesive. The affecting of the usage amount of VTPS on the adhesion of flurosilicone rubber adhesive was discussed.
