摘要
武器目标分配WTA(Weapon-Target Assignment)问题一直是军事运筹学和管理科学研究的难题之一。以水面舰艇编队对空防御问题为背景,通过解析和仿真的方法研究静态和动态条件下有组织与无组织的武器目标分配问题,并对射击效率进行比较。结果表明:在静态WTA中,无论按"期望值"还是"概率值"作为射击效率的评判标准,有组织目标分配比无组织目标分配要好,而在动态目标分配中,考虑双方的策略,无组织目标分配并不次于有组织目标分配。
Weapon-Target Assignment (WTA) is one of subjects in the military operational research and management science. In this paper, WTA problems between organization and un-organization are discussed by analysis and simulation under the ship formation combat against air targets and firing efficiencies are compared, The results show that organizational firing efficiency is better than unorganizational one in the static WTA. Whether the expected values or probable values are taken as criterion, the organizational target allocation is better than un-organizational one under the static WTA and the un-organizational one is not worse than the organizational one under the dynamic WTA.
