摘要
北京奥林匹克篮球馆屋架的钢桁架在工厂按划分单元制作,现场地面拼装成桁架段,吊至高空拼装平台组装成滑移单元。施工中采用预拼装控制、起拱控制、温度影响控制、焊接收缩影响控制、地面和高空拼装控制等综合控制技术,最终保证了整个双向正交鱼腹式钢桁架顺利拼装完成。
The steel roof truss of Beijing Olympic Basketball Stadium was fabricated in units at workshop, and assembled into segments on site, then lifted to the aerial assembly platform where it was assembled into sliding units. Comprehensive controls were made on the pre-assembly, rising of arch, temperature influence, welding shrinkage effect, ground assembly and aerial assembly and etc., ensuring to assemble the steel truss smoothly.
