摘要
合同管理是总承包项目管理的核心和灵魂,分包合同管理贯穿于总承包管理的全过程,因此搞好项目的分包是总承包合同顺利履行的关键,也是提高总承包管理能力的关键。本文以北京奥林匹克篮球馆工程为例,论述分包合同履约评价在实际工作中的应用。
Contract management is the core and soul of general contract project management while subcontract management is throughout the whole process of the general contract management. Therefore, subcontract management is crucial to the smooth performance of the general contract and improvement of management capability of the general contractor. Beijing Olympic Basketball Stadium Project being taken as an example, discussion is given to the engineering application of subcontract performance assessment.
