摘要
X或γ射线的Rayleigh与Compton背散射强度比值(R/C)和散射体的原子序数密切有关,R/C值的大小能够反映样品中轻、重组分的比例。木文给出了一种测定锡矿样中锡含量的有效Raxleigh-Compton背散射比值法。该方法适用于由单一主量重元素和若干轻元素基体组成的样品中时重元素分析,可作为X射线荧光分析的一种补充方法。
The relationship between the ratio of gamma-ray Rayleigh to Compton backscattering intensities (R/C) and the weight fraction of heavy element in light matrixes were investigated. An improved (R/C)eff analytical technique for tin-ore samples was described. The technique can be regarded as a substitute for the XRF method where the self-absorption process worsens the analytical accuracy of heavy elements.
