微生物降解棉酚的响应面分析优化 被引量:4

Bio-detoxification Optimization for Gossypol in Cottonseed Meal by Method of Response Surface Analysis

摘要 利用SAS软件的Plackett-Burman设计法对微生物固态发酵脱毒棉酚的发酵参数进行筛选,得出3个影响较大的重要因素,即料水比、发酵时间、装料量,再用SAS软件二次响应面分析法进行回归分析,得到了各因素的优化水平值,经过响应面法的优化,脱毒事提高近20%。 Plackett-burman and response surface analysis of biodegradation of gossypol in cottonseed meal. The results indicated the detoxification rate was mainly in- fluenced by water and material ratio, material addition, and fermentation time by Plackett-hurman. In the second step, the levels of those three main factors were further optimized by using Box-Behnken design. The optimal levels of the variables were: water and material ratio 1 : 0.94, material addition 30.96g, fermentation time 62.33h. Under the optimal conditions, the detoxification rate increased by 15%. Moreover, the experiment values from optimized three batches fermentation was quite close to the expected values.
