摘要
在实验室条件下研究了固定化微生物技术对黑臭水体和底泥的净化性能。试验中选用南京林业大学校内紫湖溪黑臭河水及其厌氧底泥作为研究对象,将湖北科亮生物工程有限公司研制的"科利尔"活菌净水剂固定在具有特殊结构的生物带上,配合水体曝气复氧技术,对黑臭水体及底泥中的污染物进行降解。结果表明:采用固定化微生物技术净化黑臭水体和底泥,底泥厚度降低80%以上,底泥COD去除率达到93%、上清液COD去除率达到70%、上清液NH3-N去除率达到95%。处理后的水体生物相种类和数量显著增长。
The immobilized microorganism technology was employed to eliminate the pollutants in polluted water and sediment. The microorganism(Aquatic, Keliang Biotchnology Co.Ltd) was fixed on the bio-band (Keliang Biotechnology Co.Ltd) which has porous structure and huge specific surface area. The experiment results showed that: the pollutant concentrations in water and sediment have been eliminated sharply in the reactor, the removal efficiencies of sediment thickness, sediment COD, water COD, water NH3-N were 80%,93%,70%,95% respectively.
