树脂吸附法处理灭多威生产废水 被引量:4

摘要 采用自制的超高交联树脂处理灭多威生产废水,研究了树脂吸附-脱附的影响因素,并优化了工艺参数。结果表明,氧修饰树脂对该废水具有良好的吸附-脱附效果,废水经树脂吸附处理后,COD降低60%~70%,树脂的吸附率>97%;同时还可从废水中回收得到纯度>20%的灭多威乳油,符合HG2612-94对灭多威乳油的技术要求。在废水得到有效治理的同时,实现了废物的资源化,具有良好的环境效益和较高的经济效益。 Methomyl manufacturing wastewater was treated by self-made hypercrosslinked resins. The factors including pH,temperature,flow rate,desorption reagent that influenced the adsortption-desorption process were investigated. The process parameters for the treatment were optimized. The results showed that resin containing oxygen exhibited excellent adsorption-desorption performance for methomyl. Through the adsorption process under optimal conditions, the COD of wastewater was reduced 60%-70% and the adsorption rate was over 97%.Furthermore,methomyl EC in the wastewater could be recovered, with purity above 20%,Which met the teclmical requirement to HG 2612-94.The adsorption capacity of resin remained constant during the repetition on process of adsorption and desoption. The method not only eliminates the environmental pollution but also obtains distinct economic benefit.
