摘要
参照Shell薄膜蒸发计的原理建立了溶剂挥发速率测定装置,实验测定了纯溶剂在滤纸和铝材上的挥发速率,滤纸上的实验结果与文献数据相比,平均相对误差为3.32%,说明本实验装置和方法是可行的。根据双膜理论和能量守恒原理建立了涂层溶剂挥发模型,通过实验数据的关联,该模型能很好地计算各种温度下溶剂在不同底材上的挥发速率t90及挥发过程中的涂层温度和Tmin。
Based on the principle of Shell thin - film evaporimeter, an experimetal apparatus and corresponding methods have been established for the determination of the solvent evaporation rates. The evaporation rates of some pure solvents on filter paper and smooth aluminum sheet were measured. Compared with the literature data, the average relative error is 3.3% , Good agreements indicate the reliability of the experimental apparatus and methods. A solvent evaporation model was proposed base on the double -film theory and law of conservation of energy. The model can be used to correlate and predict the 90% evaporation time t90 of the pure solvents and the minimum substrates' temperature Tmin during evaporation on different substrates.
