摘要
以阳离子聚合物聚乙烯亚胺为改性剂对纳米二氧化硅进行表面改性处理,从而有效地解决了高光泽数码喷墨打印相纸的耐水性问题,同时加快了喷墨的干燥速度。研究结果表明,纳米二氧化硅颗粒粒径与尺寸分布是影响数码相纸光泽的主要因素。在酸性条件下,选择非离子性润湿分散剂及合适的分散条件制备的涂料满足了生产加工的需要。
A cationic polymer polyethylene imine, as a modifier, is used for the surface modification of Nano - SiO2 , thereby effectively solve the water resistant problem of the high glossy jet printing paper, and accelerate the dry speed of printin 8 inks. The results show that nano - SiO2 particle size and distribution have important influence on gloss of digital paper. In acidic pH conditions, nonionic wetting dispersant and proper dispersion preparations of coatings meet the requirements of production.
