摘要 为了能研制出良好耐污、耐日用化学品性的酸固化木器清漆,参考基础配方对醇酸树脂、氨基树脂和酸催化剂进行筛选优化,最终确定了以蓖麻油改性短油度醇酸树脂搭配丁醇醚化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的配方体系,酸催化剂采用C5501,漆膜耐污、耐日用化学品性能优异。使用最终配方涂装的橱柜产品达到了KCMA在涂装方面的要求。同时还探讨了耐污、耐日用化学品测试的基本方法和测试要点。 In order to develop acid - curing wood vannish with excellent contaminant and chemical resistant performance, alkyd resin, amino resin and acid catalyst were chosen according to the basic formulation. The finial formulation is composed of castor oil modified short - oil alkyd resin, melamine - formaldehyde resin etherified with butanol, and C5501, an acid catalytic agent, shows excellew all- round performance, Kitchen cabinets finished by the varnish meet the required performance established by KCMA for finishes. The basic test methods of contaminant resistance and chemical resistance are discussed.
