采用双极电凝熔脂行睑袋整复术 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨利用双极电凝器熔化、去除脂肪,消除睑袋的新方法。方法:选择睑袋明显的患者25例,采用经睑缘切口或结膜内切口,暴露眶隔脂肪,轻压眼球,使得多余的脂肪疝出,利用双极电凝器将多余的脂肪熔化、去除,再修复眶隔,处理肌肉及皮肤后,缝合切口。同时选择同期采用传统脂肪切除法行睑袋去除术的患者34例作对照。结果:新方法手术组术后下睑肿胀的时间为(38±4)h,明显低于对照组的(48±6)h(P<0.05)。新方法组皮下瘀血发生率仅为3.5%,明显低于对照组的15.6%(P<0.05)。所有患者中均无球后血肿及感染等并发症。结论:利用双极电凝熔脂损伤轻,出血少,可预防球后出血等并发症的发生。 Objective To investigate a new method of blepharoplasty using biopolar to melt and detach the orbital phrenic fat, in order to assess the value of it. Methods Tweenty-five patients who suffered from baggy deformity of lower eyelids were selected to use this new method. The section were made on the edgy of lower eyelids or from the conjunctiva of lower eyelids. The epactal orbital phrenic fat was melted and separated by biopolar after it was exposed. And then the orbital phrenics were repaired and the epactal muscles were abandoned. Finally the sections were sutured and dressed. There were another thirty-four patients who treated by traditional method as control. Results The time of swelling of lower eyelids in the new method(38±4 hours) were more shorter than in the controls(48±6 hours),the different was apparently (P〈0.05) The happening of hypodermic congestion in the new method was 3.5percents ,but the happening in the controls was 15.6 percents(P〈0.05).There were no infection and pouch retrobulbar hematoma in all the patients. Conclusion The happening of trauma and bleeding decreased apparently in this new method, so the patients could convalesced in short time and the pouch retrobulbar hematoma could be prevented.
