亚单位原则在单侧不完全性唇裂修复中的应用

The application of subunit principle in repairing incomplete unilateral cleft lip

目的:探讨亚单位原则在单侧不完全性唇裂中应用的临床疗效。方法:根据鼻唇部亚单位结构形态和美学原则,对32例单侧不完全性唇裂患者通过恢复唇高、修复口轮匝肌、重建人中嵴、鼻槛及鼻畸形矫正等方法进行综合修复。结果:随访6月～2年,患侧唇的高度、长度与健侧一致,患侧鼻底宽度适中且有较好的丰满度,鼻翼外脚形态自然,患侧人中嵴较明显,红唇部形态自然、丰满。结论:亚单位原则应用指导单侧不完全性唇裂患者进行综合修复,可获得较为完美的鼻唇形态。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of using subunit principle in repairing incomplete unilateral cleft lip. Methods According to the subunit structure and aesthetic principle of nose and lip,32 patients with incomplete unilateral cleft lip were renewed lip height, repaired orbicular muscle of mouth,reconstructed philtrum,nasal floor and repair nasal deformity. Results Follow up 6 months to 2 years,the ideal operative effects were obtained in all cases. The height and width of cleft side were symmetric with non-cleft side. On cleft side, the width and abundance of basis nasal were proper, and the extra peduncle＇s form of alae nasal looked like natural. The ridge of philtrum protruded and the red lip＇s form was natural and abundant. Conclusion Using subunit principal in repairing incomplete unilateral cleft lip, with deformities were repaired and reconstructed compositively, the satisfactory form of nose and lip could be achieved.
