五种复合树脂和玻璃离子混合型牙科材料固化后HEMA单体释放量的检测 被引量:1

摘要 目的:甲基丙烯酸-β羟乙酯(HEMA)是复合树脂和玻璃离子混合型牙科材料的一种主要组分,本实验尝试检测五种复合树脂和玻璃离子混合型牙科材料在光固化后未聚合HEMA单体量释放量。方法:将Freedom、F2000和Dyract复合体以及Vitremer和Fuji II LC树脂改性玻璃离子分别制成6mm×2mm的圆形试件,固化后浸入1ml 37℃去离子水中,在不同的时间段(1、7、14、21天)终止浸泡,应用高效液相色谱仪测量各时间段内浸出液中HEMA单体含量。结果:5种材料浸出液中的HEMA含量在21天内逐渐增加,其中Fuji II LC和Vitremer 7天后增加缓慢,趋向恒定。1天:F2000>Dyract、Fuji II LC、Vitremer、Freedom(P<0.05),Dyract、Fuji II LC、Vitremer、Freedom间HEMA含量无显著性差异(P>0.05);7天:F2000>Fuji II LC>Dyract、Vitremer、Freedom(P<0.05),Dyract、Vitremer、Freedom间HEMA含量无显著性差异(P>0,05);14天:Dyract、F2000>>Freedom>Fuji II LC>Vitremer(P<0.05),而Dyract和F2000间无显著性差异(P>0,05);21天:Dyract、F2000>Freedom>Fuji II LC>Vitremer(P<0.05),而Dyract和F2000间无显著性差异(P>0,05)。结论:复合体和树脂改性玻璃离子固化后均释放一定量的未聚合的HEMA单体。 Objective To detect unpolymerized HEMA monomer of five hybrid dental materials of composite resin and glass ionomer after curing. Methods Three compomer (Freedom,Dyract and F2000) and two resin-modifed glass ionomer cements (Fuji II LC,Vitremer) were made into 6mm ×2mm circular specimen.The specimens were photopolymerized,and then immersed in deionized water at 37℃. At different time (1d, 7d, 14d,21d)HEMA monomer was measured by high performance liquid chromatography. Rrsults Five dental materials released more and more HEMA monomer during 21 days.The amount of HEMA of Fuji II LC and Vitremer were costant after 7 days.1d:F2000〉 Dyract, Fuji II LC,Vitremer,Freedom (P〈0.05),there were no difference among the latter three materials (P〉0.05).7d: F2000〉 Fuji II LC 〉Dyract,Vitremer,Freedom (P〈0.05), there were no difference among the latter three materials (P〉0,05) ; 14d: Dyract, F2000〉〉 Freedom 〉 Fuji II LC〉Vitremer (P〈0.05) , there were no difference between Dyract and F2000 (P〉 0.05).21d: Dyrac,F2000〉 Freedom 〉 Fuji II LC 〉 Vitremer (P〈0.05), there were no difference between Dyract and F2000 (P〉0.05). Conclusions Compomer and resin-modifed glass ionomer cements released the amount of unpolymerized HEMA.
