漆酚钛螯合高聚物防腐蚀涂料的耐热性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文研究新型漆酚钛螯合高聚物防腐蚀涂料中试产品的性能及其结构特征。该涂料时强酸、强碱、盐溶液和多种有机溶剂具有很高的化学稳定性和热稳定性。热分析表明使用温度可达372℃.1#漆导热系数为0.10KCal/mhr℃,2#漆0.6KCal/mhr℃;1#漆体积电阻率P=8.6×1014Ω·cm,2#漆P=5.0×106Ω·cm。IR、MS、GPC测定结果表明该涂料是含有以钛为中心原子的漆酚钛螯合高聚物. In this paper,the properties and structural characteristies of Pilot product of new type anticorrosive coating (NO. 1 and NO. 2)of urushiol-titanium chelate polymer have been studied. The data shows that the films are resistant to strong acids,strong alkalis,salt solutions as well as in several organic solvents, and posseses good chemical stability when stayed on long duration in these corrosive mediums. TG analysis indicated that the used temperature of two coatings can be up to 372℃. Thermal conductivity of NO. 1 paint and NO. 2 paint is 0. 1KCal/mhr℃ and 0. 6KCa/mhr℃. Resistivity of NO. 1 paint and NO. 2 paint is 8. 6 × 1014Ω·cm and 5.0× 106Ω· cm.The determinations of IR. MS and GPC showed that the new type coating is urushiol-titanium chelate polymer with Ti-atom centre in molecular structure.
