摘要
用TEM分析辨明,由离子束二次混合技术在GCr15轴承钢基体上形成了Ta/GCr15系统非晶膜。观察了产生非晶相变与轰击离子剂量的关系。用磨粒磨损与电化学阳极极化实验考察了非晶膜的物理、化学性质。证明由于这层非晶膜的形成大大改善了GCr15钢的耐磨性与抗腐蚀能力。
A Ta-GCr15 amorphous film on the GCr15 steel matrix has directly been formed by ion beam twice mixing and it has been identified by TEM observation. The relation between amorphous phase transition and ion dose has been observed. Physical properties of the amorphous film have been examined by the measurements of microhardness and fraction coefficient, and by the abiasive wear test. The electrochemical behaviors have been evaluated by anodic polarization experiments. It is shown that physicochemical properties of the GCr15 steel surface have been improved significantly due to the formation of the Ta-GCr15 amorphous film.
