摘要
简要介绍了城门洞形隧洞混凝土衬砌中采用滑模施工的施工工艺及过程控制,并对衬砌工艺进行了技术分析及与钢模台车衬砌施工进行了比较。滑模的初次滑升要缓慢进行,并在此过程中对液压装置、模板结构以及有关设施在负载情况下作全面检查,发现问题及时处理,待一切正常后方可进行正常滑升。施工转入正常滑升时,应尽量保持连续施工,并设专人观察和分析混凝土表面情况,确定合适的滑升时间,并根据以下几点进行鉴别:滑升过程能听到"沙沙"的声音;出模的混凝土无流淌和拉裂现象;手按有硬的感觉,并能留出1 mm左右的指印,能用抹子抹平。
Slip form construction technology and process control in tunnel lining of U-shape tunnel is briefly presented and construction technological analysis and comparison with lining construction by steel-form jack plane were conducted.The climbing of slip form for the first time should be slow and hydraulic device,formwork structure and related devices should be checked overall under loading condition and the discovered problems should be treated timely.After all in normal condition,the slip form is put into normal climbing.In normal climbing construction,the construction should be maintained continuity and specially-assigned person is responsible for observing and analysing concrete surface condition and determining suitable climbing time.The identification points are: 'sha-sha'sound in climbing process,concrete flowing and separation condition at outlet of formwork,hardness condition etc.
