大庆合成氨日产1000吨改扩至1600吨设计方案

摘要 对大庆30万吨/年合成氨利用已有空分的富裕氧气,在二段炉加入富氧扩产600t NH_3/d,配套一次低温变换,高压变换气联尿脱除CO_2的同时生产尿素,采用川化600t NH_3/d离心压缩机四大机组、高压甲烷化,泸天化的13MPa氨合成所组成的低投资、低气耗、低能耗装置,实现尿素生产自产自给。 To increase the capacity of 600 t NH3/d, excess oxygen which is available from existing air separation unit is put into the second reformer. Main items in the revamped process will be:all in one shifter,high pressure shifted gas goes to a unified urea unit to produce urea together with removal of CO2, four large compressors which are similar to ones used in Sichuan chemical plant of 600 t NH3/d,methanation, 13MP synthesis section. That will be a device of low investment,low natural gas consumption and low energy consumption.
