Shanghai Silicone Technology Investigation Group went abroad on a tour of investigation to 4 research institutes and 3 producers, which were famous and important for silicone, epoxy resin and ion exchange resin in the former Soviet Union and now in Russia and Ukraine, from September 21 to October 12, 1995,and had a better understanding of the production scale, product variety, production technology and level of research work of the former Soviet Union, Russia and Ukraine.
