摘要 目的:研究癫痫患者发作期脑血流灌注显像规范化采集的程序及方法。方法:通过对41例癫痫患者发作期显像,并与脑电图及MR的结果进行比较,结合手术后病理,探讨癫痫发作期提高致癫灶检出率的方法。结果:规范发作期脑血流灌注采集方法后,可检出92%的致癫灶。结论:发作期脑血流灌注显像的规范化采集可明显提高致癫灶的检出率。 Objective:To investigate the method and procedure of optimized single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) brain imaging in ictal epilepsy. Methods: In order to increase the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of SPECT, optimized brain SPECT was performed in 41 ictal epilepsy patients, and were compared with electroencephalogram ( EEG), magnetic resonance (MR) imaging and postoperative pathological results. Results: Focal brain lesions were diagnosed in 92% ictal epilepsy patients after optimization of brain SPECT. Conclusion: Optimized brain SPECT can increase the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of SPECT for ictal epilepsy patients.
