摘要
提出一种盐浴渗铬技术,研究了渗铬层的显微组织及其性能.结果表明,碳钢的渗铬层是由柱状晶、等轴晶和细等轴晶依次组成.渗层的显微硬度高,有良好的抗腐蚀性和抗高温氧化性.
A salt bath chromizing technology was presented,the mierostructure and property of chromiging tayer were studied. The results were shown that ,the chromizing layer of carbon steel was comprised of clendrite crystal ,eguid-axed crystal and fine equid-axed crystal,the microhardness was higher,the corrosion resistance and antioxidation property at high temperature were improued.
