On Research Methods of Criminal Psychological Trace

侦查实践中,通常涉及到对犯罪心理痕迹分析的运用,由于犯罪心理痕迹自身所具有的抽象性、间接性等独特的特性,造成侦查人员对其认识和利用上的困难。因此,掌握科学而有效的犯罪心理痕迹研究方法就显得非常重要。从方法论的角度来说,研究犯罪心理痕迹的方法可以包括归纳性推理、演绎性推理、数据统计三种。

The analysis application on criminal psychological trace is popularly involved in the criminal investigation practice. Due to the special characteristics of criminal psychological trace, such as its abstractness and indirection, it brings the troubles to the criminal investigation personnel on cognition and application. Consequently, it becomes very important to catch scientific and effective research methods on criminal psychological trace.
