森林刑事犯罪具有严重的社会危害性;本文从刑事案件侦查学角度,对森林刑事案件犯罪动机、犯罪行为模式、犯罪嫌疑人在侦查中的对抗行为、犯罪信息的存在方式与载体等进行分析,并就如何利用刑事案件在侦查学意义方面的特点开展对森林刑事案件的侦查进行阐述。

Forest crime always causes bad effects towards society. From the criminal investigation study perspectives, this article attempts to analyze the motive and pattern of criminal behaviors; the suspect＇s confronted behaviors during the investigation course; as well as the way and carrier of being criminal information. Moreover, to expound on forest criminal cases investigation by ways of application on characteristics of forest criminal cases.
