基于PKI/CA技术的电子印章防伪性能探讨

摘要 随着网络和信息技术的发展,电子印章已逐步进入到网上报税、电子发票、网上结算等领域。电子印章使用PK I/CA认证技术加强了其防伪性能。使用电子印章首先要进行身份认证,再进行签盖,然后是验化签盖印章。其防伪特点是:国家对电子印章的制作、审批有严格规定,从源头杜绝造假;电子印章的固化性;以密码智能卡的形式使用等。 Along with the development of network and information system, the electronic seal has been widely applied in areas like online tax return, electronic invoice, web accounting, etc.. Based on PKI/CA technique, the anti -fake performance of electronic seal has been enhanced. With the seal, one needs to pass user authentication first, then make signature and stamp, finally, authenticate and verify the seal. Its characteristics include: the nation has strict prescription to produce and authorize electronic seals, which prevents counterfeit ones from the very beginning; electronic seal is not easy to be altered; it's usually contained in a cryptographic smart card.
