摘要
医疗事故罪是我国刑法新增加的内容。近几年的司法实践表明,医疗事故罪的犯罪客体、犯罪主体及法定刑,在理论和实践中都存在一些值得研究的问题。
The crime of malpractice is a new addition of China＇s criminal law. In recent years, the judicial practice indicates that there exist some questions that need careful consideration on crime object, the main crime and legal punishment in practice or theory.
