Study on the Synthesis and Application of New ZD Leather Stuffing Agent

研究了以油酸、辛醇为原料，硫酸为催化剂，采取直接减压一步脱水法合成油酸辛酯的硫酸化物的方法：酯化反应摩尔比为油酸∶辛醇∶硫酸＝１∶１１４∶００２７，在１１５℃下反应２～３ｈ至体系ｐＨ值小于５为终点。产物为灰褐色，收率为９５％。磺化反应温度控制在４５℃以下，滴加９８％浓硫酸，在４４～４６℃下搅拌反应２～３ｈ后，静置过夜。硫酸化物经两次４５℃饱和食盐水洗涤，收率为１１５％。在搅拌下慢加ＮａＯＨ溶液于洗涤过的硫酸化物中中和至ｐＨ＝６～８，拼入７＃或５＃机油，即得到红棕色透明液体的新型皮革加脂剂ＺＤ。

The essay studies the synthetic methods of sulfating of n octyl oleate (I) by using oleic acid and n octyl alcohol as raw materials and sulphuric acid as the catalytic agent by reduced pressure and dehydration.Its esterifying molar ratio is :oleic acid: n octyl alcohol:sulphuric acid=1∶1.14∶0.027,then reacts 2～3 hrs at 115℃ till the pH value is <5 as the terminal point.The outcome is grey and the yield is 95%.In the reaction,the temperature should be controlled <45℃.Then adding 98% H 2SO 4.After stirring it 2～3 hrs at 44～46℃,laying it overnight.Then (Ⅰ) is washed twice with saturated salt solution of 45℃,the product yield is 115%.We also make a further study on the synthetic methods of the new leather stuffing agent named ZD and its application in leather production as well as its quality quota.Then add NaOH solution slowly in the produ ction solution while stirring it until the neutralization reaches pH=6～8,mix with 7 # or 5 #engine oil and(Ⅰ),the transparent liquid of reddish brown is obtained.
