文章通过对顾客价值理论的介绍及中国汽车4S店的现状分析引入了汽车4S店的服务缺口综合策略。详细分析了顾客价值角度所产生的5个缺口及综合方法,对国内汽车4S店的营销服务有普遍的启示意义。
The strategy of gap closing of the vehicle dS service is introduced through the introduction of the theory of customer value and the situation of the vehicle dS store in China. 5 gaps and their closing strategies from the view of the customer value are detailed. The strategies are meaningful to the marketing of the vehicle dS store in China.
