γ-氨基-α-羟基丁酸的制备工艺考察

The Study of Preparation Technology of γ Amino α hydroxybutyric Acid

用正交设计的实验方法，考察了丁胺卡那霉素中间体γ氨基α羟基丁酸（简称ＡＨＢＡ）的制备工艺中，霍夫曼降解反应的各种原料配比对产品收得率的影响，找到了最佳的物料配比（酰胺酸∶次氯酸钠∶氢氧化钠∶水＝１０∶２０∶２０∶５０）。

The influence of the materials proportion of Hoffman's reaction to the product yield in the synthesis of the middle product of amikacin, γ amino α hydroxybutyric acid,is studied with orthogonal design.The yield is over 70% in the best conditions.
