摘要
为改善乙烯裂解进程,通过对乙烯装置急冷油及急冷油系统结垢物组成的分析,研制了适用于乙烯装置的新型急冷油粘度增长抑制剂。试验结果表明,以烷基酚、苯胺、相溶剂、芳烃溶剂为原料,能够制备出质量合格的抑制剂,该抑制剂对急冷油粘度增长的抑制作用优于进口同类产品。
In order to improve ethylene splitting procedure, a new viscosity inhibitor was synthesized for quench oil system, according to the analysis of components of quench oil and it's fouling in ethylene plant. The results of comparative tests showed that: the new viscosity inhibitor made by alkyl-phenol, aniline, solutrope and aromatic solvent had better performance in viscosity reduction than the similar imported products.
