摘要
为了提高木质素的反应活性,采用等体积浸渍法制备了氧化铜/活性炭(CuO/C)催化剂,考察了活性炭负载氧化铜催化剂对麦秆碱木质素还原反应的催化作用。通过单因素实验分析,确定了氧化铜/活性炭(CuO/C)催化剂催化还原碱木质素的最佳反应条件为:反应时间2 h、反应pH值10、环己烯用量10mL和氧化铜/活性炭(CuO/C)催化剂浓度8%。用化学法对反应前后碱木质素官能团进行了定量测定,结果表明,活性炭负载氧化铜催化剂对碱木质素还原反应具有很好的催化活性,在最佳反应条件下活化粗制碱木质素,总羟基含量由6.19%增加至13.86%;羰基含量由2.19%降低至0.52%。
To improve the reaction activity of alkali lignin, the catalysis effect of CuO/C catalyst prepared by equal volume impregnation method in the deoxidization of straw alkali lignin was investigated in this paper. The optimum conditions obtained by single factor analy- sis were reaction time of 2 hours, pH=10, 10 ml of cyclohexene and 8% of CuO/C. The function group of alkali lignin was measured quantificationally through chemical methods. The results indicated that CuO/C showed an excellent catalytic activity in the deoxidization of alkali lignin. Upon the optimum condition, the content of total hydroxyl increased from 6.19% to 13.86%, while the carbonyl content reduced from 2.19% to 0.52%.
