H_(01n)模谐振腔测量介质复介电常数 被引量:2

MEASUREMENT OF PLURAL DIELECTRIC PERMITIVITY USING H01n CAVITY

摘要 采用H01n模螺旋线圆柱谐振腔对研制的PTFE复合精细陶瓷微波介质材料的复介电常数进行了测量,获得了数据比较一致的满意结果。对微波频率下测试试样所引起的相对介电常数和损耗的误差因素进行了解释。 Plural permitivity of microwave dielectric of PTFEbased fine ceramic composites has been measured by using H01n spiral cylindrical cavity. The measuring data are near each other. It has been summarized that the error factors of relative permitivity and dielectric loss angle are caused by sample and equipment.
