摘要
分析了阀门设计的国内外现状,提出以三维设计软件Inventor为平台开发井口装置闸阀CAD的必要性。从闸阀设计特点入手,利用可视化编程软件VB对Inventor三维设计平台进行二次开发,编制出从模块化设计、系列化设计到参数化设计,直至工程图输出、有限元分析等相结合的专用井口装置闸阀CAD系统软件。该软件与其它CAD软件相比,具有功能集成性、功能针对性和界面友好性等优点。最后提出了系统软件今后的改进意见。
The domestic and overseas status quo of the valve design is analyzed and the necessity of developing wellhead gate valve CAD with the three-dimensional design software Inventor as platform is put forward.Starting from the design feature of gate valve design,the secondary development of Inventor three-dimensional design platform is carried out by means of visual programming software VB,and the CAD system software of specialized wellhead gate valve is programmed from module design,series design,parameter design,project chart output to finite element analysis.Compared with other CAD software,the software features function integration,function pertinency and interface friendliness,and the further improvement suggestion is also put forward.
