摘要
为了确保管道的安全运行,及时准确地检测和了解管道的运行状况,一种基于管内交流电流法的管道检测方法被广泛应用。阐述了埋地钢质管道管中交流电流的线传输理论模型及发展状况,指出了影响管中电流衰减的相关因素;分析了地表电流信号的采集模型以及常用的2种检测方法;详细探讨了影响地表信号变化的几个重要因素:地下金属构筑物、相邻高压输电线以及杂散电流。应用情况表明,PCM仪器能够有效地对并行管线(间距2m)进行检测,但接收机抗干扰能力不强,有时无法正常读数。
In order to ensure the safe operation of pipeline and detect and know the operating condition of the pipeline accurately,the pipeline detection method based on inner-pipe alternating current method is used widely.The linear transmission theoretical model and its development condition of the alternating current inside the buried steel pipeline are expatiated,and the related factors affecting the alternating current attenuation inside the pipeline are pointed out.The surface current signal acquisition model and the two common detection methods are analyzed.And the several important factors affecting the change of surface signal are discussed in detail:underground metal structures,neighboring high pressure transmission circuit and eddy current.The application indicates that PCM instrument can detect the parallel pipeline with clearance of two meters effectively,but the anti-interference of the receiver is limited and it sometimes can not show the readout.
