摘要
通过对服役5×104h的HP·Nb炉管的剖析,结果发现:炉管开裂的原因是由于局部偏烧导致材料晶界相变、启裂,实践中最好尽量避免炉管偏烧。
Through a failure analysis of the HP·Nb tube that has a service life of 5×10.4 hours, it is concluded that the failure of tube is due to the carbide changing at high temperature.The experimental result shows that the tube may be cracked by high temperature. It would be a good practice to avoid any part of the tube under overheating.
